1. The organs of the AMCOA are:
      1. The Annual General Meeting (AGM)- The supreme decision making organ
      2. The Governing Council – provides strategic leadership and oversign between Annual General Meetings
      3. The Committees of AMCOA – provides technical, advisory, and oversign bodies supporting AMCOA’s mandate
      4. The Secretariat – this is the administrative and operational arm of AMCOA

      These organs shall function in accordance with this Constitution and any rules, policies, or resolutions adopted by the AGM. The authority of AMCOA shall be exercised through these organs, each operating within its defined mandate and under the overall supervision of the AGM.
